State Bank of Vietnam's Banking Times has launched a new “Banking Law Advice” column to provide practical legal guidance on financial and banking matters for individuals and businesses, following the National Assembly’s adoption of amendments to the Law on Credit Institutions. The column is designed to respond to specific legal questions raised by readers, including issues related to credit agreements, handling of collateral and other banking transaction matters. It is produced in coordination with the State Bank of Vietnam’s Legal Department and other SBV units, together with lawyers and experienced experts, and will accept questions from readers for follow-up responses.
