The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) announced the launch of the Mobile Pensions Council, an initiative to bring pension services directly to insured citizens and employers through field visits. The council will visit federal ministries, local government departments and private companies to provide on-site consultations on pension laws, contribution obligations and retirement options. GPSSA framed the initiative as part of the Year of the Community and, working with partners including the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, aims to raise awareness of insurance rights and obligations, reduce bureaucratic obstacles, strengthen engagement with insured persons and employers, and improve transparency of the pension system.
