The Central Bank of Comoros hosted students from Private School Les Pouffins for an educational visit focused on the history of Comorian currency and the bank's role as a major national institution. The visit formed part of the school's annual teaching project and was designed to help students understand the evolution of money and its importance in the country's economic and social life. At the bank, students watched videos tracing the development of money and the stages of its history, then visited the Central Bank of Comoros museum. There they viewed old coins, banknotes and historical documents linked to the monetary history of Comoros. The school's deputy director said the visit was an integral part of the school's educational program and gave students direct exposure to an important part of the country's national heritage.
