The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring payment of the prescribed fee to complete the reissuance of a securities practising certificate for Phạm Công Thìn. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and may be paid by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission or in person at the Commission. If the reissued certificate is not collected within one year of the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the reissued certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million fee and one-year collection deadline for reissued securities practising certificates
