The China Securities Regulatory Commission has designated 14 additional futures and options contracts as specific domestic products under the existing framework for overseas traders and overseas brokers to trade certain onshore futures products, covering nickel futures and options on the Shanghai Futures Exchange, paraxylene, bottle-grade PET chips and short fiber futures and related options on the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, lithium carbonate futures and options on the Guangzhou Futures Exchange, and options on TSR 20 rubber, low-sulfur fuel oil and international copper on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, and it will require the relevant futures exchanges to complete preparatory work for an orderly rollout of overseas participation in these products.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has added 14 futures and options contracts to the list of specific domestic products that can be opened to overseas traders under the existing regime. The additions span contracts listed on the Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Guangzhou Futures Exchange and Shanghai International Energy Exchange, with exchanges instructed to prepare for an orderly launch.
