The briefing is scheduled for 21 October 2025 and will be delivered in two sessions (10:15–12:00 and 14:30–16:00) via Zoom webinar, with an option to watch live on YouTube. The Central Bank invited participation from regulated financial institutions, industry associations and other stakeholders, and noted that the consultation papers and draft legislation are available on its website.
