The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) announced the appointments of Katherine M.R. Bosken, Polly Klyce Pennoyer, and Aaron Luetzow to the State Liaison Committee (SLC) for two-year terms running through March 31, 2027. Bosken was designated by the American Council of State Savings Supervisors and serves as North Carolina’s Commissioner of Banks. Klyce Pennoyer was designated by the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors and serves as Senior Deputy Superintendent for Bank Supervision at the New York State Department of Financial Services. Luetzow was designated by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and serves as Senior Deputy Director of the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, with responsibility for supervision and examination across banking, credit union, and consumer finance industries. The five-member SLC also includes Chair Charles G. Cooper, Commissioner of the Texas Department of Banking, and Greg Gonzales, Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions, both selected by the Council.

Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council appoints Bosken, Klyce Pennoyer and Luetzow to its State Liaison Committee
The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) appointed Katherine M.R. Bosken, Polly Klyce Pennoyer, and Aaron Luetzow to the State Liaison Committee (SLC) for two-year terms. They were designated by their respective state supervisory organizations and hold senior roles in state financial regulatory bodies. The SLC also includes Chair Charles G. Cooper and Greg Gonzales, both selected by the Council.
