The Central Bank of Iceland has posted the Monetary Policy Committee’s report to Parliament (Alþingi) covering the Committee’s work from January to June 2025. The Act on the Central Bank of Iceland requires the Committee to report to Parliament twice a year, with the report to be discussed in a parliamentary committee chosen by the Speaker. The report notes that, since the previous submission to Parliament, the Committee held three regular meetings, the last on 21 May 2025.
