The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has appointed Matthew Cybert as an assistant vice president of Law Enforcement. He will lead the Bank’s Law Enforcement Unit, which is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors. Cybert joins from the United States Secret Service, where he spent more than 25 years and most recently served as special agent in charge of the Minneapolis Field Office, overseeing protective and criminal operations across a three-state region. His prior roles included financial crimes investigations, assignments to the Presidential Protective Division including oversight of security operations at the White House complex and leadership of a presidential protection team, and work as a Treasury Department liaison collaborating with the Federal Reserve Board on currency design and educational projects.
