The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced the release of a учебу құралы titled “Financial Literacy for Everyone: Practical Course”, developed jointly with the non-profit joint stock company Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with support from the Fingramota.kz project. The publication is intended for use in university teaching and is designed to build students’ basic knowledge and skills in personal finance. The textbook covers personal budgeting, responsible lending and saving principles, the basics of investing and insurance, cybersecurity in the financial sector, and ways to protect against fraud and financial pyramid schemes. The total print run is 500 copies, and the publication is also recommended for self-study by people across different age groups.
