The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has opened a public consultation on draft rules governing the performance of depositary services related to open-ended investment funds with a public offering. The draft was adopted at the Authority’s 137th session on 12 August 2025 and is based on provisions of the Law on Open-ended Investment Funds with Public Offering (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 23/25). Interested parties are invited to submit comments, proposals and suggestions to the Authority by email.
