The Angola Capital Markets Commission has announced the availability of the prospectus for the public offer for sale and admission to trading of shares in Banco de Fomento Angola, S.A. (BFA), with Unitel, S.A. acting as the offeror. The prospectus is available on the Commission’s website and on the websites of the offeror, the issuer and the intermediaries responsible for placing the offer. The Commission also noted that, under the Securities Code, registration of the public offer and approval of the prospectus are based on legality criteria and do not constitute any guarantee regarding the information disclosed, the economic or financial position of the offeror or issuer, the viability of the offer or the quality of the securities; responsibility for the information rests with the persons identified in the prospectus.
