Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market amends depository and clearing rules and adopts XBRL financial reporting disclosure requirements

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market amended a number of its regulatory acts to improve state regulation of depository and clearing activities and approved requirements for the disclosure of financial reporting indicators in XBRL format by reporting entities participating in capital markets and professional participants in organised commodity markets. The Commission also approved several securities issuance registrations and updates to collective investment share prospectuses. Approvals included the registration and prospectuses of share issues for collective investment by JSC ZNVCIF Investment Territory of Health and JSC ZNVCIF Galenit Invest. For PJSC ZNVCIF Benefit, the Commission approved amendments to the share-issue prospectus and related documentation and replaced the share-issue registration certificate, and it also replaced the share-issue registration certificate for JSC ZNVCIF Starbest. In addition, the Commission approved the registration of corporate bond issues for series G of LLC Creditservice and series B of LLC AMO Leasing, both without a public offering.
