The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) held a joint meeting with the Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) to strengthen collaboration on digital transformation initiatives and identify areas for future cooperation. SECP Chairperson Akif Saeed outlined the Commission’s digital programme, including the Leap Project and the end-to-end digitalisation of the company registration process aimed at improving the ease of doing business. PDA Chairperson Dr. Sohail Munir presented the PDA’s mandate to accelerate digital transformation across Pakistan. Both organisations agreed to hold follow-up meetings in the near future to further explore collaboration in areas of mutual interest.
