The broker exam is set for 16 May 2026 and the investment consultant exam for 17 May 2026, with the procedure and materials published on the FSC website under “Investment Activity”, “Competency Exams”, and “Exams for Financial Instruments Broker and Investment Consultant”. The FSC also approved Boyan Dombalov to manage the compliance function of PHOENIX RE INSURANCE COMPANY AD, approved amendments to the rules of organization and operation of the Universal, Professional and Voluntary Pension Funds “Saglasie”, approved a member of the Supervisory Board of Allianz Bulgaria Pension Insurance Company AD, and added the Education, Research and Innovation Foundation to the register of organizations authorised to conduct professional training of insurance brokers.
