The French Financial Markets Authority has withdrawn the authorisation of portfolio management company Xerys Invest after finding on 7 May 2026 that the firm, which managed several alternative investment funds, no longer met the conditions of its approval. The withdrawal will take effect when one or more duly authorised managers have been appointed to manage the alternative investment funds, or, failing that, when the funds have been liquidated, and in any case by 31 December 2026 unless extended. Xerys Invest was placed into judicial liquidation without continuation of business by the Paris Economic Activities Court on 30 March 2026, which appointed Me Demortier as judicial liquidator. The liquidator and the AMF are working to transfer the funds to other willing authorised managers. The AMF did not appoint a monitor for Xerys Invest because the firm had already been placed into judicial liquidation without continued activity.
