The Hellenic Capital Market Commission hosted the annual meeting of the Mediterranean Partnership of Securities Regulators (MPSR) in Athens on 4 December 2025, bringing together Mediterranean securities supervisors to reinforce cooperation and exchange views on developing resilient capital markets. The meeting was addressed by Dr. Vassiliki Lazarakou, Chair of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Vice-Chair of the MPSR, and by Mr. Tarik Senhaji, Chair of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority and Chair of the MPSR. Participants included the Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s Vice-Chair, Ms. Anastasia Stamou, alongside Chairs, Vice-Chairs and senior executives from Mediterranean supervisory authorities and experts with experience in European and international organisations. Discussions covered access of small and medium-sized enterprises to capital markets, the role of artificial intelligence and technological innovation, sustainable transition challenges, and financial stability and market resilience.
