The Central Bank of Honduras published updated data showing net international reserves increased by USD 947.8 million between 27 January and 17 April 2026, raising coverage of months of imports of goods and services from 6.2 to 6.8 months. Net international reserves rose from USD 10,305.8 million on 27 January to USD 11,253.6 million on 17 April. Over the same period, weekly changes reported by the central bank were positive throughout, ranging from USD 5.4 million to USD 219.1 million, with cumulative gains reaching USD 947.8 million by 17 April.
