The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) registered a new share issue by Metizi AD in the register of public companies and other securities issuers for trading on a regulated market, and took a series of authorization and supervisory actions covering insurance governance, cross-border services and pending licensing requests. The registered issue comprises 937,754 new ordinary, dematerialized, registered, freely transferable voting shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 each (ISIN BG11MEROAT18). The FSC approved Svilena Whitney as Head of the Internal Audit Function of United Health Insurance Fund Doverie Insurance JSC and approved Rositsa Petrova as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of ZEAD Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group EAD. It also notified the competent authorities in France and the Netherlands of Cargofort Ltd.’s intention to operate under the freedom to provide services in those jurisdictions, and requested additional information and documents from Manikian Capital AD in connection with a permit to organise and manage a mutual fund and from Select Asset Management EAD regarding approval of a board member.
