The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved its certificate on the draft Law of Ukraine on improving the efficiency of management of state and municipal property for restoration and economic growth (registration No. 13620), amended certain existing Commission decisions, and adopted a set of issuer and fund registrations. On securities registration matters, it registered the report on the results of the public offering issuance of NovaPay Credit LLC’s registered corporate bonds (series K) and registered the issuance and prospectus for NovaPay Credit LLC’s registered corporate bonds (series L). It also approved draft charters and the registration of share issues to form the initial authorised capital of JSC ZNVCIF PRIME, JSC ZNVCIF PRAGMATIC CAPITAL and JSC ZNVCIF STALKER, and registered amendments to the share prospectus and regulations, the share issue registration, and the replacement of the share issue registration certificate for the corporate investment fund JSC ZNVCIF VELAR INVEST.

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved the draft Law on improving state and municipal property management for economic growth and amended certain Commission decisions. It registered NovaPay Credit LLC’s corporate bonds issuance and prospectus and approved share issues for JSC ZNVCIF PRIME, PRAGMATIC CAPITAL, and STALKER. Amendments to the share prospectus and registration for JSC ZNVCIF VELAR INVEST were registered.
