The Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA) participated in the official launch of Jubilee Life Insurance’s Akiba Flex Plan, a new product designed to help Tanzanians save and invest while also obtaining life insurance protection. Jubilee Life Insurance’s board chair described the product as responding to changing customer needs by combining affordability, savings discipline and digital convenience, while its chief executive explained that it aims to bridge the gap between financial protection and flexible customer contributions, including for first-time life insurance users and existing customers seeking an additional affordable option.
