The Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved the prospectus for Metlen Energy & Metals PLC covering an optional and conditional public offer to existing shareholders of Metlen Energy & Metals SA and the listing of all Metlen Energy & Metals PLC shares on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. It also approved the related offering document for the optional public offer. The prospectus relates to a public offer of new, dematerialised, common, registered, voting shares of Metlen Energy & Metals PLC to existing shareholders of the Greek company in the context of an optional and conditional public offer under Law 3461/2006, based on a share exchange. In the same meeting, the Commission approved amendments to the rulebooks of Athens Exchange Clearing House S.A. and Hellenic Central Securities Depository S.A.
