The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has published its schedule of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) evaluations to be conducted in the second and third quarters of 2025 for national banks and federal savings associations. The OCC encouraged the public to submit comments on CRA-related activities for the banks listed, either directly to the bank at the mailing addresses in the schedule or to the relevant OCC supervisory office, and asked that comments be provided before the month in which an evaluation is scheduled. Comments received before the close of the CRA evaluation will be considered. Separately, while the CRA evaluation process will remain unchanged, CRA performance evaluations for examinations beginning in the second quarter of 2025 will reflect formatting and presentation changes in their tables.
