The Angola Capital Markets Commission approved the registration of BNS TUNDAVALA I, a closed-end venture capital fund offered by private subscription. The fund’s stated objectives include acquiring and holding equity and debt instruments of (i) advanced-maturity target companies (replacement capital or management buy-in), (ii) companies in financial or operational distress (turnaround or refinancing of existing debt), and (iii) early-stage, growth and expansion companies, including through internationalisation.
