The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of ACTAL FUND RAIF V.C.I.C LTD, has notified it of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the registered alternative investment fund (RAIF). The RAIF (registration number RAIF158) will remain on the RAIF Register and on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice until the dissolution and liquidation are completed. Once the process is completed and all required documents are submitted, CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register in line with Article 138 of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has been notified by Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd of the initiation of dissolution and liquidation procedures for ACTAL FUND RAIF V.C.I.C LTD. The fund will remain on the RAIF Register with an "under liquidation" notice until the process is finalized, after which it will be removed in accordance with Article 138 of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.
