France's Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued a public warning and updated their blacklists of websites offering investments to the public in France in unregulated foreign exchange (Forex) and in derivatives referencing crypto-assets without authorisation. In 2025, 58 unauthorised websites were added to the Forex category and 29 to the crypto-asset derivatives category. Recently identified unauthorised Forex sites include aifundbtc.com, ehamarkets.com, exventor.net, finaurex.com, fintevex.io, fin-tradix.com, milleniumcp.com, scalper-trader.com (removed from the Forex blacklist on 16 January 2026), smartrade.cm, solara-financelimited.com, solara-finltd.net, tandexo.com, webtrader.finaurex.org, www.tratonfinn.com and wynnvest.com, while recently identified crypto-asset derivatives sites include altitradingltd.com, orbi-mount.com, solancie.com, webtrader.aeratiqos.com, www.novatradecore.com and zycrian.com. The authorities noted the blacklists are updated frequently but are not exhaustive, and encouraged investors to verify whether intermediaries are authorised to operate in France by consulting the relevant official registers for investment service providers, financial investment advisers and crowdfunding service providers.
