France's Financial Markets Authority has warned investors about several unauthorised actors offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services illegally in France, publishing an updated list of newly identified websites. Since the start of 2026, it has added 23 names to its list of unauthorised sites. The newly identified sites are: agra-investissement.com, algosone.ai, bitcoin-xact.fr, bomiafx.com, coinentvklp.top, coinstancy.com, cryptoeasily.com, eryxavin.com, eternal-lunesta.org, exakubusinessclub.com, exxtone.com, finarionaxi.fr, margex.com, minexc.com, montelsyvra.com, moonx.io, neverless.com, senvix.fr, spot6xnoris.net, spot7xneraq.fr, www.capitalinvest-profit.org, www.summit.io, and zeylor-pacte.com. The authority noted that the blacklist is updated frequently but is not exhaustive, and directed the public to consult the full blacklist on the AMF and Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice (ABEIS) websites, and to verify authorisation via the AMF whitelist of digital asset service providers (PSAN) and crypto-asset service providers (PSCA).
