The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published a recap of its regular meeting, where it considered seven agenda items covering legislative initiatives, corporate procedures, the work of professional capital market participants and organizational matters. The main items included approval of the commission's position on a draft law on a national greenhouse gas emissions trading quota system, alongside issues related to state property management. The capital markets block included decisions on registering a share issuance, extending the appointment of a temporary manager of a licensee for the period of martial law, approving officials of professional market participants and reviewing whether a company met criteria set by the government.
