The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia’s Director General, Sou Socheat, and colleagues virtually attended a technical meeting of regulators under the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority, chaired by Ministry of Economy and Finance Secretary of State Ros Seilava, to review a draft Prakas establishing a code of conduct for valuers and real estate agents under the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator, with participation from the FSA General Secretariat, Internal Audit Unit, and other FSA regulators.

The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia participated in a virtual meeting chaired by the Ministry of Economy and Finance to review a draft Prakas for a code of conduct for valuers and real estate agents. The meeting included representatives from the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator and other FSA regulators.
