Argentina’s Superintendency of Insurance has issued circulars setting the registration fees (matrícula) payable by Insurance Producer Advisers (Productores Asesores de Seguros, PAS), PAS companies and Agentes Institorios, including payment deadlines and late-payment surcharges. The fee is ARS 33,000 for individual PAS, ARS 132,000 for PAS companies and ARS 210,000 for Agentes Institorios when paid by 30 April. Payments made between 1 May and 31 December 2026 carry a 50% surcharge, and amounts paid from 1 January 2027 incur a 100% surcharge.
