The Central Bank of Seychelles has launched the ninth edition of the Guy Morel High Achievement Scholarship program, offering two fully funded awards for 2027. One scholarship covers undergraduate study and the other postgraduate study, with Digital Forensics added as a new field at both levels. The program is open to Seychellois citizens who hold an A-Level certificate or Baccalaureate and demonstrate academic and nonacademic excellence. Eligible fields span finance, economics, law, technology, compliance and risk disciplines, with postgraduate options also covering areas such as financial technology, cybersecurity and sustainable finance. Applications close Jan. 29, 2027, and selection results are scheduled for the start of March 2027. Successful applicants may attend a university of their choice on campus or through distance learning.
