The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has published an online recording and a companion Q&A document from its bi-annual Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Forum delivered to Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs). The April 2025 session set out the DNFBP supervisory structure and highlighted Code obligations, and included an update on the Island’s National Risk Assessment and preparations for the MONEYVAL evaluation in 2026. A Q&A document has been issued to address themes and topics raised during the event that could not be covered during the live panel discussion, and the Authority notes the content is relevant to all supervised entities.
