The Securities & Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe has issued a regulatory notice stating that, under section 48 of the Securities and Exchange Act and the Securities Registration Licensing and Corporate Governance Rules S.I. 100 of 2010, it cancelled the securities investment adviser licences of Nolands Advisory Services Private Limited and Pax Prosperitas Advisory Private Limited, with both cancellations effective Jan. 13, 2026.

The Securities & Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe cancelled the investment adviser licences of Nolands Advisory Services Private Limited and Pax Prosperitas Advisory Private Limited following voluntary surrender. Both cancellations took effect on Jan. 13, 2026.
