The Dubai Financial Services Authority has finalized amendments to four modules of its rulebook following consultations on proposed legislative changes in Consultation Papers No. 172 and 174. The final rules may differ from the original proposals in light of consultation feedback. Amendments to the Prudential Investment, Insurance Intermediation and Banking Business Module take effect on Oct. 2, 2026. Changes to the Conduct of Business, Islamic Finance Rules and Glossary modules take effect on Jan. 1, 2027.
