The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance has reported progress on a new Information Regime designed to modernise how insurers submit financial statements, with the stated aim of improving efficiency, accuracy and transparency. At a 10 April meeting with commissions from the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires covering actuaries and insurance entities and occupational risk insurers, SSN officials presented the draft direction and implementation approach. The regime is based on a microservices architecture intended to streamline data entry, shorten validation times, reduce manual errors and enable more efficient integration with insurers’ internal systems. The SSN indicated it will continue working with market stakeholders to support a gradual and orderly rollout of the new regime.
