The Brazilian Superintendence of Private Insurance (SUSEP) announced that the 13th National Financial Education Week (Semana ENEF) will run from 18 to 24 May 2026 under the theme “Financial Education: building a future with longevity and prosperity”, and invited institutions across sectors to take part by organising free activities. Organised by the Brazilian Financial Education Forum (FBEF), the week is positioned as a joint effort to promote financial, insurance, pension and tax education, with suggested topics including planning for longevity, autonomy and decision-making, inclusion and access to knowledge, and financial prevention and security. Activities may also cover other themes, provided they follow the National Financial Education Strategy’s guidelines, including prioritising the public interest and prohibiting the offering of products and services. Interested institutions and individuals are encouraged to start planning initiatives, with details on how to register activities in the event’s official agenda to be released shortly.
