The Albania Financial Services Authority’s Board approved two new regulations covering life insurance linked to participation in publicly offered collective investment undertakings and the form and procedure for registering offer documentation for debt securities issuance, alongside a package of market authorisations and suitability determinations. The Board registered Banka Credins JSC’s offer documentation for a bond issuance and approved the compliance of Raiffeisen Invest JSC and the Raiffeisen voluntary pension fund, as well as Albsig Invest JSC and the Albsig and Smart Pension voluntary pension funds, with Law No. 76/2023 on private pension funds and implementing rules. It also confirmed the compliance of depositary activities by American Bank of Investments JSC, First Investment Bank Albania JSC and Banka e Tiranës JSC under the same framework, approved amendments to Insig Life JSC’s statute following a capital increase, and approved the exercise of insurance agent activity.

It registered Banka Credins JSC’s bond offer and confirmed compliance of several entities with Law No. 76/2023 on private pension funds. Amendments to Insig Life JSC’s statute and insurance agent activity were also approved.
