The Hellenic Capital Market Commission adopted a set of licensing and authorisation decisions affecting alternative investment fund management and investment services, covering a partial revocation of an AIFM authorisation, an extension of an investment services licence and an approval to market an alternative investment fund. Orilina Properties REIC was granted a partial revocation of its AIFM authorisation, withdrawing its authorisation to operate as an internally managed alternative investment fund under Article 5(1)(b) of Law 4209/2013, following Law 5193/2025 on the new framework for REICs. Infinity Asset Management Investment Services Societe Anonyme received an extension of its authorisation to provide portfolio management on behalf of clients under Annex I, Section A, point 4 of Law 4514/2018, in relation to financial instruments 1 to 4 in Annex I, Section C of the same law. EOS global investors AIFM was authorised under Article 31 of Law 4209/2013 to commence marketing, exclusively to professional investors, the alternative investment fund named EOS Atlas Infrastructure and Green Transition Fund.

The Hellenic Capital Market Commission issued licensing and authorization decisions, including a partial revocation of Orilina Properties REIC's Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) authorization, an extension for Infinity Asset Management to provide portfolio management, and approval for EOS Global Investors AIFM to market its fund to professional investors.
