The Bank of Italy has obtained ISO 29993:2017 and ISO 29994:2021 certifications for its learning services, covering all active training areas and both in-person and distance learning. The certifications were issued by the accredited certification body CSQA and apply to learning services outside formal education and to distance learning services. The scope covers managerial, behavioural, linguistic, technical-specialist and onboarding training, and forms part of the Bank’s stated process to improve the quality and effectiveness of its training programme.
