The Saudi Arabia Capital Market Authority confirmed that Badwa Capital Company has fulfilled the requirements to commence arranging activity in the securities business under its licence. The licence was issued in accordance with the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations, following a CMA resolution dated August 14, 2024.
