The South Korea Financial Services Commission has opened applications for the second-half 2026 D-Testbed, which allows fintech companies, Korean individuals and teams to test financial innovation ideas using real data and a remote analytics environment. Fifteen teams will be selected across collaboration, public-interest and open-proposal categories for a 12-week testing period from September to December. About 10 teams will enter the general track, while five will join an artificial intelligence track that also provides graphics processing unit resources for large-scale computing. Participants will receive expert mentoring and feasibility assessments, and may use up to five years of available data and import externally sourced data that have been pseudonymized or anonymized. Applications close Sept. 8, and six top-performing teams from the full-year program will be selected and awarded at year-end.
