The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer or directly at the Commission, with the payment reference identifying the certificate holder and their identity document. If the individual does not complete the procedure to receive the re-issued certificate within one year of the fee notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs listed applicants to pay VND 1 million re-issuance fee for securities practising certificates
