The Moroccan Insurance Authority (ACAPS) has launched the third edition of its regional training tour for insurance intermediaries, a programme aimed at promoting good professional practice under the theme “The insurance intermediary's profession: understanding the challenges and boosting performance”. The first session was held for intermediaries in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region. The session covered the introduction of compulsory All Risks Construction (TRC) insurance and Ten-Year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance, a new instruction on the management of receivables from insurance intermediaries, and a recently introduced ACAPS survey on commercial practices.
