The Brazil Securities Commission’s Superintendence of Corporate Relations has suspended the issuer registration of the listed company SUGOI S.A. under Article 21 of Law 6,385 after more than a year of non-compliance with its obligation to provide information to the regulator under CVM Resolution 80. While the registration remains suspended, the company cannot have securities it has issued admitted to trading on regulated markets, including organised over-the-counter trading, exchanges, or non-organised over-the-counter trading. The authority also highlighted that the suspension does not exempt the company, its controlling shareholders, or its officers from responsibility for any prior violations.
