Monaco’s Ministry of Finance and Economy announced that the Committee for Coordination and Monitoring of the National Strategy on the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and corruption has unanimously adopted the national strategy and its 2025-2027 action plan. The committee met under the chairmanship of Minister of Finance and Economy Pierre-André Chiappori, following Monaco’s submission to the Financial Action Task Force several weeks earlier of its first progress report since being placed on the grey list. The meeting highlighted advances made since April 2024 and stressed the need to sustain efforts ahead of discussions scheduled this month between Monegasque delegations and the International Cooperation Review Group.
