The Angola Capital Markets Commission participated in the International Real Estate Business Fair FINI 2026, where it used the National Conference on the Real Estate Sector to explain how the real estate investment fund industry works and to discuss the current state of Angola’s collective investment undertaking market. The intervention formed part of the commission’s financial education and capital market outreach activities. The presentation covered the role of real estate investment funds, reasons to invest in them, and an overview of collective investment undertakings, including the number of existing vehicles, growth recorded in 2025, and the number of managers currently active in the capital market. It also addressed the procedures and main advantages of converting a commercial company into an investment company, with emphasis on the related tax benefits.
