The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye has decided to cancel Arex Sigorta AŞ’s operating licences for all insurance branches other than surety, which had previously been revoked. The revocation, adopted by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Board under Insurance Law No. 5684 (including Articles 7 and 20), covers the following branches: accident, sickness and health, land vehicles, rail vehicles, air vehicles, water vehicles, transport, fire and natural disasters, general damages, general liability, credit, financial losses, legal protection and assistance.
