The Ontario Securities Commission has appointed four new members to its independent Investor Advisory Panel (IAP) following a public application process, with each appointment made for a two-year term. Rozanne Reszel and Jacqueline Sanz will begin their terms on April 1, 2025, and Gail Henderson and Nathan Shaheen will begin on July 2, 2025. The OSC also confirmed that James Sinclair, an IAP member since 2021, became Chair of the IAP effective February 3, 2025. Outgoing members Leslie Wood and Ilana Singer have completed their terms, and Brigitte Catellier and Supriya Kapoor are set to conclude their terms on March 31, 2025.

The Ontario Securities Commission appointed four new members to its Investor Advisory Panel (IAP) for two-year terms following a public application process.
