The Hellenic Capital Market Commission said its board, at its 1096th meeting, approved four supervisory actions covering crypto-asset services, investment services and alternative investment fund status. The main changes were the authorisation of XENIOS BLOCKCHAIN GROUP S.A. and CAPITAL WALLET GREECE S.A. as Crypto-Asset Service Providers under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, the extension of ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.'s authorisation, and the revocation of NOVAL PROPERTY REIC S.A.'s supplementary authorisation as an internally managed Alternative Investment Fund at the company's request. XENIOS BLOCKCHAIN GROUP S.A. was authorised to receive and transmit orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients. CAPITAL WALLET GREECE S.A. was authorised for a broader set of crypto-asset services, covering custody and administration, exchange of crypto-assets for funds, exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, execution of orders, reception and transmission of orders, and transfer services on behalf of clients. Separately, ALPHA FINANCE's licence was expanded to include ancillary service No. 3 of Section B of Annex I to Law 4514/2018 for financial instruments listed in items 1-10 of Section C of Annex I to that law. NOVAL PROPERTY REIC's supplementary authorisation was withdrawn following changes to the applicable legislation, notably Article 63(7) of Law 5193/2025.
