The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency published board decisions finding that FIMA PLUS d.o.o. provided cryptoasset order execution and custody services without authorization between July 1, 2025, and Jan. 23, 2026. The agency ordered the firm to stop those services immediately, return assets held for clients and notify affected clients. The board also authorized HRVATSKO MIROVINSKO INVESTICIJSKO DRUŠTVO d.o.o. to establish and manage the privately offered Capital Bridge Fund, a closed-ended venture capital alternative investment fund, and approved rule changes for two UniCredit Invest funds. Other measures included nine insurance distribution licenses, recognition that two existing licenses had ceased to be valid, two management and supervisory board appointments, technical reporting instructions and an official position on insurers providing policy and claims data to brokers acting under written client authority.
